Hi, I'm Ashley.

Founder & CEO, Technacity Group

I'm a talent acquisition leader with over 10 years of experience in recruitment, and the founder of Technacity Group — a relationship-driven, bespoke recruiting firm I launched in 2019. My strength lies in identifying highly sought-after talent and strategically placing them where they can make the greatest impact.

I'm fueled by helping candidates thrive in roles they may never have discovered on their own, while enabling companies to build teams that scale. I'm particularly passionate about advancing women and underrepresented groups in tech — breaking barriers and creating meaningful career impact is at the heart of everything we do.

Beyond recruiting, I serve on the board of Women In Technology International (WITI) as Corporate Partnerships & Alliances Chair, and am an Ambassador for Women in Games. Tenacity isn't just our name — it's how we show up every day for our clients and candidates.
