Ashley Vallett is the founder of Technacity Group and a talent acquisition leader with over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Since launching Technacity Group in 2019, she has built a relationship-driven, bespoke recruiting firm that connects high-growth companies with top-tier talent, consistently driving year-over-year growth in a competitive market.

Ashley’s strength lies in her ability to identify highly sought-after talent and strategically place them where they can make the greatest impact. She's fueled by helping candidates thrive in roles they may never have discovered on their own while enabling companies to build teams that scale. She is particularly passionate about advancing women and underrepresented groups in tech, breaking barriers, and creating meaningful career impact.

Hi, I'm Rebecca
Originally from New York, Rebecca completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Quinnipiac University, and went on to utilize her degree in various fields.
She has extensive sales experience, from real estate to educational technology, and eventually formed her own business offering marketing solutions to many different companies throughout the United States, Europe, and Australia while living abroad.
Individualization, hard work, creativity, and perseverance are some of the most important qualities Rebecca brings to recruiting.
