Hello, I'm Ashley
Ashley Vallett is a talent acquisition professional with almost a decade of experience working in the recruitment industry. After working for a variety of firms over the years, Ashley felt there was a gap between the services offered to both the candidates and client communities she served. In 2019, she founded and launched Technacity Group. The company has seen significant growth year-over-year in a competitive and saturated industry. Technacity’s approach to the market has been seen as a disruptor to the industry and the changing business of recruitment.
Ashley has always been driven by a desire to help others, specifically in fields where women and minorities are often underrepresented. Her goal is to help these groups advance their careers and break through the barriers that often hold them back. She is a strategic partner to several clients from startups to enterprises who lean on her expertise when it comes to finding talent in today’s market.
Ashley serves on the board of Women In Technology International (WITI) as the Corporate Partnerships and Alliances chair and is also an Ambassador for Women in Games. It is her tenacious spirit that makes her a powerful advocate for her candidates and clients alike and she looks forward to continuing to grow Technacity as a leader in the tech recruiting space.

Originally from New York, Rebecca completed her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Quinnipiac University, and went on to utilize her degree in various fields.
She has extensive sales experience, from real estate to educational technology, and eventually formed her own business offering marketing solutions to many different companies throughout the United States, Europe and Australia while living abroad.
Individualization, hard work, creativity and perseverance are some of the most important qualities Rebecca brings to recruiting.
